I have just read the "3 Things You Can Do"; guide, and was so thrilled to see the simple and yet profound solutions Gary has presented.

Prepare to stop at each step and think whether you are implementing what Gary suggests. Be honest with yourself.

I challenge you to try just one of the ideas Gary presents, and see what happens. I have.

When I read the Demand Generation Solution I saw our situation in Gary’s diagram of the pipeline constricted at the point of demand generation.

We have a large market opportunity, but our current demand generation processes were constricting. So after careful analysis using Gary’s steps we arrived at a solution to the constriction, and the effect of this change in our thinking will be dramatic.

Our products and services will become available to more people, and some of the unanticipated flow-on effects will be an increase in our ability to cope with demand, along with a sharper focus on our use of time to the most productive areas in the business.

And of course cashflow will increase.
