Here are some illustrations of the results we have helped our clients get from implementing the three solutions in this first eGuide:

1. Demand Generation: One marketing campaign, created in less weeks than it normally takes months to create.  104 qualified leads generated within 2 weeks.  Previous marketing campaigns were generating 20 unqualified leads of which one third were converted - a quarter unprofitably.
2. Sales: One bancassurance product.  Average of 242% increase in sales in month one.  Reversed the trend from tracking downwards to rocketing upwards.
3. Operations: 181% increase in throughput on day one of a defragmenting time implementation.  Within 2 weeks, lead-time on queue items processed had dropped to less hours than parallel departments were taking days.
